the hotel theme and style is amazing very clean- the staff are very sweet especially “Marih” who has arranged for us to have a great room when we saw there was no connected rooms at the check in. The food in the breakfast was good and the location is convenient. There was also a very sweet employee in the night shift who was very kind to our kids and kept getting them small gifts! :) Room service was very quick.

Very clean and comfortable stay :) The location is great - walkable distance to galata tower area and the karakoy waterfront! Lots of nice restaurants nearby and the restaurant on the rooftop was really nice! Its only a short drive to the mosques, topkapi Palace, dolmabahce Palace etc. And we walked across the bridge to see the markets which again was very close! The perfect location! Some reviews say the room is small but I'm not sure how much space people are expecting in a 2 person double room.. space suited us just fine, didnt feel cramped at all! Lots of wardrobe space and a lovely bathroom! Mini fridge was well stocked and they bought some yummy chocolate souffles up to my room late at night haha

It was very good experience in this hotel. Clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast and friendly stuff. Location of the hotel is really convenient for both taxis and walking. Thanks Adam for his help with our taxi to the airport. I like this hotel!

The best location in Istanbul.The hotel is close to all the amazing sites to visit and is so quite and after a hot day walking outside is like enter a peaceful Heaven.This was my second visit in a month and each time I stayed for two weeks I find the place better and better.The staff is extraordinary profesional ,kind and always trying to help.I recommend this hotel.I travel around the world and visit many grand hotels but on my heart this is the best hotel for me.The rooms spacious and so clean, the breakfast is quite amazing and for me was the perfect place to stay for two weeks.

This is my second stay at 10 Karakoy, it's my go-to hotel in Karakoy. I'm a frequent traveller to Istanbul and I find this hotel to be one of the best in terms of location and facilities overall. I believe it was recently renovated from our last stay everything was excellent and I would go again in future.

The one cleaning staff lady with the hijab was so kind and nice to us it made all the difference about feeling welcomed. Also the door guy and the technician were really kind and welcoming.

I recently stayed in a deluxe room and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The room was beautifully designed, with a high ceiling that made it feel open and inviting. While the view wasn't the highlight, the value for money certainly was. The hospitality stood out, with the staff being incredibly communicative and helpful throughout my stay. The service, combined with the thoughtful design of the room, made for a memorable and comfortable experience. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Prime location in the heart of Karaköy, Istanbul. A stone’s throw away from nice restaurants and quirky bars. 5 minute MAX walking distance from tram stop (Karakoy stop) on the T1 line that takes you to the major sites (Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia,) and Dolmabahce palace in the opposite direction on the same line. Good value for money boutique hotel in my books. Great and friendly staff.
